Custom Order Items
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production of your custom order begins, so we cannot make changes or cancellations because production starts immediately. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions. If we made an error on your order we will fix the order immediately at no charge to you. If you made an error in your order, unfortunately we cannot issue a return or refund because we are unable to recover our cost on special order items. We do our best to minimize the chance for errors by helping you collect the necessary information to process your order

 

Non-Custom Order Items

Ellante strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an wonderful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Simply call us to begin the return process. Ellante will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final.

Merchandise must be returned to Ellante and must be post marked within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. If Ellante suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Ellante; all shipping charges are the customers responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.

All Returns are handled within one to two business day as soon as the shipment has been received back at the warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement.

If for any reason you need to return item(s) that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus shipping fees. You can email Customer Service (info@ellante.com) or call us at 415-491-4163 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Cancellations

Ellante works to ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us (within 24 hours of placing your order at 1-415 491-4163 or email customer service at info@ellante.com and we will attempt to cancel your order.
