Order Placement: Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Ellante’ s web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. When you are finished shopping, press the checkout button to pay for your items.
Please be sure to read our Return Policy. Placing an order means acceptance of our store policies. You will receive an order confirmation via-email along with your order number. Log on to your account to track your orders. Telephone orders can be placed by calling 1-415-491-4163 9:00am- 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Payment and Sales Tax: Ellante accepts credit card payments via paypal.Residents of California will be charged sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders outside of the state of California.

Shipping Methods and Charges: Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time. International orders depends on how much time the order is in custom’s-that is completely out of our control therefore we can never predict.
International Shipping Delivery : All international orders will ship UPS Transit time is generally 5-7 days. We have no control over how long your item will be in customs so be aware for any international shipment it could take up to a few weeks. Shipping charges does not apply to any taxes or import duties that may apply. For any possible fees please check with your customs procedures in your country.
Damaged Items: Be sure to inspect your packages for any damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, please refuse the shipment, and ask the driver to note the specific damage . We will immediately ship a replacement to you as soon as the shipment has been received back at the warehouse.
Note: Some product are shipped directly from the manufacturer, but the same process will apply. Please let us know via email at info@ellante.com or by calling 415 491-4163 if your have refused a package, so that we can manage the return accordingly.
